The Auditor-Treasurer’s Office at the Freeborn County Government Center will be open from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, for absentee voting in the primary election for the Freeborn County 5th Commissioner District seat.

The primary election will be Tuesday. Registered voters residing in Albert Lea Ward 3, Albert Lea Ward 6, and Pickerel Lake Township are eligible to vote. The polling places and times are listed as follows:

Pre-registration is passed for residents of those wards who are not yet registered, but those residents can vote by registering at the precinct on election day.
