Rebels ground Rockets

WELLS– Val Sahr scored 13 points, while Amanda Allis and Kristie Ovrebo both had nine points a piece as the United South Central girls’ basketball team defeated the Randolph Rockets 60-20 Friday in Wells.
“We played sharp on the defensive end,” USC coach Stu Hendrickson said. “We did a lot of nice things on both ends of the court.”
USC held a huge advantage on rebounds as the Rebels out-rebounded the Rockets 42-12.
USC is back in action on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. as they travel to Waterville to take on the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers.
