Katie Schultz and Mark Chryst were married Aug. 14, 2010, at St. Casimir’s Catholic Church in Wells with the Rev. Mark McNea presiding.

Katie is the daughter of Matt and Betsy Schultz of Alden and the granddaughter of Roger and Corrine Schultz of Albert Lea, Kit and Bob Kissane of Hoffman Estates, Ill., and the late Jack Gleason. Katie is also the great-granddaughter of Gladys Johanson of Wells. She is a 2006 graduate of Alden-Conger High School and a 2010 graduate of St. Mary’s University in Winona.

Mark is the son of Jeff and Kris Chryst of Albert Lea and the grandson of Don and Shirley Chryst and Ken and Vera Nelson, all of Albert Lea. Mark is a 2004 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2007 graduate of Winona State University.

Lindsey Rauenhorst of Easton was the maid of honor, and Nate Lombardi of Mankato was the best man. Bridesmaids were Anne Richards of Chicago, Ill., Sarah Frey of Rochester and Jessica Niedzwiecki of Sister Bay, Wis. Meghan Chirpich of Salt Lake City, Utah, was the personal attendant. Groomsmen were John Chryst of Spearfish, S.D., and Kinley Schultz and Philip Schultz of Alden.

Flower girls were Alyssa and Katelyn Schmidt, nieces of the groom, daughters of Eric and Sarah Schmidt, sister of the groom.

Mark is employed by Eastmans’ Publishing in Powell, Wyo., and Katie is employed by Yellowstone Behavioral Health Center in Cody, Wyo.

Katie and Mark have made their home in Powell, Wyo.
