Dense fog and high winds moving in

A hazardous weather outlook has been issued by the National Weather Service for Freeborn County and surrounding areas.
Dense fog is expected to set in early Wednesday night across eastern and southern Minnesota, with less than a quarter-mile visibility predicted in some areas. Some drizzle may occur. The fog should lift Thursday morning.
Drizzle is expected into Thursday morning, with cloudy skies becoming mostly sunny by afternoon and a high near 51 degrees. High winds, with gusts as strong as 40 mph, are predicted to blow in late Thursday night into Friday morning. Northwest sustained winds between 16 and 24 mph will drop air temperatures, with a high of 33 degrees expected Friday.
Other counties in the advisory are Faribault, Blue Earth, Waseca and Steele. Worth and Winnebago counties in Iowa are also under a hazardous weather outlook for dense fog.
