Wind advisory issued for Freeborn County

Freeborn County is included in a wind advisory issued by the National Weather Service, from 12 a.m. Saturday until Noon on Saturday.
West sustained winds of 11 to 14 mph are expected to increase to between 25 and 28 mph Friday night, with gusts reaching as high as 39 mph.
Conditions are expected to be blustery on Saturday, with northwest winds of 25 to 28 mph decreasing to between 16 and 19 mph. Wind gusts could reach 39 mph.
Strong winds can make driving difficult, and the National Weather Service advises drivers — especially those in trucks and SUV’s — to use extra caution.
