Andrea Roe and Christ VanRyswyk, of Albert Lea, announce the birth of a son, Devin Christopher VanRyswyk, on Feb. 27, 2011, in Albert Lea. Devin weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He joins a brother, Noah.

Andrew and Amy Belshan, of Elko, announce the birth of a son, Ryan Belshan, on April 19, 2011, at Unity Hospital in Fridley. Ryan weighed 11 pounds, 8 ounces and was 22 inches long. He joins a brother, Nicholas Belshan.
