Raymond and Lydia Mittag, of Glenville, and Barbara Reed, of Kingston Springs, Tenn., announce the engagement of their children, Dana Ann (Dixie) Reed and Daniel Mittag.

The bride is the daughter of the late Charles Reed.

Grandparents of the bride are the lates William Taft and Lulie Reed and Barbara and William Johns.

Grandparents of the groom are the lates Gaylen and Pearl Mittag and Kenneth and Lydia Sanderson.

Dana attended Harpeth High School. She is employed with the U.S. Navy and G4S Solutions.

Daniel attended Lyle High School and is employed at Four Play Automotive and Mittag Farms.

A wedding is planned for June 25, 2011, at Montgomery Bell State Park, Burns, Tenn.
