ALDEN — A police officer made a stop in Wells and the driver fled, according to scanner reports.

Authorities on Monday afternoon pursued a driver eastbound down Minnesota Highway 109, which connects Wells to Alden. The person left Faribault County and entered Freeborn County. He was eventually stopped and brought into custody in Alden.
