A memorial visitation for Larry A. Berven of Temple, Texas, will be 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea.

Larry died Saturday, April 9, 2011, at his home. He was 68 years old.

Larry was born on March 15, 1943, to Allen and Geraldine Flanagan Berven in Albert Lea. On Oct. 8, 1966, he married LeAnn Folkerts in Northwood, Iowa. He had worked 35 years for Streator Store Fixtures in Albert Lea. He moved to Temple, Texas, seven years ago from Anaheim, Calif. He was a Methodist; volunteered at the Veterans Administration in Temple; and was a member of the Temple Elks.

Larry is survived by his wife: LeAnn; a son Todd Berven of Los Alamitos, Calif.; a daughter: Traci Briggs of Temple, Texas; two brothers: Lon Berven and Lynn Berven both of Minnesota and three grandchildren.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents: Allen and Geraldine Berven; sister: Lorie Bartholmey Berven.
