Pam Rippentrop-Bratten and Darv and Marcia Habben, all of Albert Lea, announce the engagement of their children, Tiffany Bratten and Ross Habben.

The bride is the daughter of the late Art Bratten and granddaughter of the late Melvin and Helen Rippentrop, all of Albert Lea.

The groom is the grandson of Rod and Arlene Rollins, of Waldorf, and the late Herbert and Eileen Habben, of Buffalo Lake.

Tiffany is a 2004 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2008 graduate of St. Olaf College with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and biomedical studies. She is currently a fourth year medical student at Des Moines University College of osteopathic medicine.

Ross is a 2004 graduate of Albert Lea High School and has his Associates of Arts Degree from Iowa Central Community College. He is currently attending National American University.

A wedding is planned for Sept. 10, 2011, at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea.
