Amber Weber and Ty Staveley announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Roni and Joan Van Riper of Glenville and Rick and Jean Staveley of Dysart, Iowa.

Amber operates Amber’s Hair Designs in Dysart, and Ty is employed by American Pattern in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Vows are planned for Aug. 20 at Waterloo Center for the Arts in Waterloo, Iowa.
