Jeff and LouAnn Bullis, of Apple Valley, and Ron Freeman and Dawn Freeman, both of Albert Lea, announce the engagement of their children, Emily Bullis and Tyler Freeman.

Emily is a 2006 graduate of Eastview High Schoool in Apple Valley. She attended South Dakota State University and is pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine. She is a department manager at Walmart in Brookings, S.D.

Tyler is 2003 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2008 graduate of South Dakota State Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. He is a thermal design engineer at Daktronics, Inc.

A wedding is planned for Oct. 22, 2011, at St. Catherine’s Our Lady of Victory Chapel of St. Paul.
