Field fire reported

HAYWARD — A fire was reported in a potato field near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 30 and 200th Street southeast of Hayward at 3:58 p.m. Monday.

The fire reportedly started from some dried potato vines that wrapped around the drive shaft of a combine.

Three cited after traffic stop

Police arrested April Marie Garrison for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop near the intersection of Marshall Street and Ramsey Street at 1:30 a.m. today, according to reports. Also cited were Veronica Janice McCullough for fifth-degree drug possession and paraphernalia and a juvenile for underage possession of tobacco.

Anhydrous cooler stolen

An anhydrous cooler was reported stolen from 23282 620th Ave., Alden, at 9:23 a.m. Monday, according to reports.

Vehicles damaged

A window was reported broken out of a vehicle at 1010 Ramsey St. at 11:57 a.m. Monday, according to reports.

A vehicle was reported damaged in the backyard of 304 W. Front St. at 2:47 p.m. Monday, reports stated.
