Joe and Brittany Braund, of Albert Lea, announce the birth of a son, Emerson James Braund, on Sept. 3, 2011, in Rochester. Emerson weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. He joins a sibling, Jada.
