Amanda Durick and Ben Woodside were married at 4 p.m. July 30, 2011, at Hope Lutheran Church South, Fargo, N.D. The Rev. Kevan Smith performed the double-ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are David and Shayla Durick, of Fargo. Grandparents are Glen and Barbara Spooner, Jerry Durick and the late William Durick, all of North Dakota.

Parents of the groom are Paul and Roberta Woodside of Albert Lea. Grandparents are Jack and Orlene Woodside, of Albert Lea, and the late John and Carol Vander Waal.

Matrons of honor were Krista French, friend of the couple, of Fargo, and Sara Durick, sister-in-law of the bride, of Leonard, N.D. Bridesmaids were Kenzie Jordheim, friend of the couple, of Fargo, Nicole Burner, cousin of the bride, of Minot, N.D., Leah Durick, cousin of the bride, of Bismarck, N.D., Bryn Woodside, sister of the groom, of Albert Lea, and Kristin Bloom, cousin of the bride, Lignite, N.D.

Personal attendants were Jessica Spooner, cousin of the bride, Elizabeth Hermanson, friend of the bride, and Nicole Olson, friend of the bride.

Flower girls were Aspyn Kjos, friend of the couple, of Fargo, and Brenna Durick, cousin of the bride, of Fargo.

Best man was Mike Nelson, friend of the couple, of Madison, Wis. Groomsmen were Lucas Moorman, friend of the couple, of Dickinson, N.D., Brett Winkelman, friend of the couple, of Morris, Jason Kemp, friend of the couple, of Madison, Wis., Ryan Moore, friend of the couple, of Albert Lea, Travis Durick, brother of the bride, of Fargo, N.D., and Joshua More, friend of the couple, of Albert Lea.

Ushers were Adam Elseth, friend of the couple, of Albert Lea, Ross Habben, friend of the couple, of Albert Lea, Paul Olson, friend of the couple, of Buffalo, and Michael Tviedt, friend of the couple, of Pierre, S.D.

Ring bearer was Breannan Johnson, cousin of the bride.

Dining room hosts and hostesses were Paula and Murri More, friends of the groom, and Helen and Wade Spooner, aunt and uncle of the bride.

A reception followed at the Marriott in Moorhead.

Amanda is a 2006 graduate of Fargo North High School and a 2010 graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.

Ben is a 2004 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2009 graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Ben is currently playing professional basketball in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The couple took a wedding trip to St. Lucia following the ceremony.
