What is the city trying to hide?

The information given by the editor last week about Rhonda Moen is, unfortunately, the same information that was given out before, and again the question I bring up is: Why hasn’t anyone had enough guts to file a complaint?
If that’s their only excuse for not doing anything, the situation all reverts back to the City Council. The state auditor couldn’t do anything perhaps because nobody was willing to sign a complaint. Why is that? You can’t tell me that there isn’t one person on the City Council who wasn’t on it when she was an employee. Perhaps we’re waiting for the statute of limitations to run out.
I was asked why I didn’t just contact one of these councilmen or the mayor myself. It’s not just me who wants the answer. I’m trying to find out for everyone in town who are interested in what happend and are still waiting for an answer. The fact that the City Council and mayor can ignore this subject shows people what type of government we have. We have the type of government that will hide things from their constituents, and it doesn’t bother them. That, to me, means we can’t trust them. I cannot trust a politician of any type that cannot answer a question truthfully. As someone else said, what else are they trying to hide?
