The Area Learning Center is again sponsoring a fundraiser and recycling project called GreenSneakers. They are collecting used tennis shoes, which can have a hole up to the size of a quarter. The school will receive 50 cents per pound of shoes. Last year the school raised more than $300.

Drop shoes off at Brookside Education Center in the box by Door B. The money helps fund trips, events and activities. The fundraiser ends on April 22. The students want to thank anyone who donates.
