Fun Run results are in

The Alden Morin Lake Days Fun Run was held on June 18.

There was three races, a 10K, a 3-mile, and a 1-mile. In each category the first and second female and male runners were awarded. Winners were also awarded based on their age in each of the categories.

The first female in the 10K was Kelly Goskeson of Albert Lea with a time of 46 minutes, 43 seconds. In second was Melissa Wasmoen from Conger with a time of 50:46.

The first place male in the 10K race was Kyle Anderson of Albert Lea. Anderson finished in 40:08. Jon Larson of Hayward came in second with a time of 41:48.

In the 3-mile race Eric Redman of Wells took time of 19:09. Herbie Lein of Albert Lea placed second with a time of 21:11.

The first-place female in the 3-mile race was Deb Eliason of New Richland with a time of 23:36. Diana Reindal of Alden took second with a time of 30:39.

Jonathan Fuller of Arden Hills took first-place in the 1-mile run with a time of 7:16. He was followed by Dugan Soost of Alden with a time of 7:23.

Lauren Thunstedt of Alden won first-place in the female category of the 1-mile race with a time of 8:45. Grace Erickson took second-place finishing one second after Thunstedt with a time of 8:46.

The following results the first and second place winners respectively and are by classified by age.
