Katelyn Fiala and Travis Bottelson announce their engagement.

Katelyn is the daughter of David and Karla Fiala of Glenwood. Travis is the son of Steve and Sue Bottelson of Albert Lea.

Katelyn is a 2007 graduate of Minnewaska Area High School and has her Associate of Applied Science degree in child development from South Central Community College. She is employed at Mankato Clinic.

Travis is a 2006 graduate of Glenville-Emmons High School and has his Associate of Applied Science degree in law enforcement from Alexandria Technical College. He is employed at Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office.

A wedding is planned for Saturday at New Life Christian Church in Alexandria.
