It’s August, and the weather is hot, almost as hot a July. I know the hot weather creates problems for working in the plant, and I want to thank everybody for the extra effort they have put in to get schedules completed safely, on time, and with our usual high quality.

Our discounted fair ticket program went over well again this year, and I hope everybody got a chance to get to the fair. The order file looks good, and we will need to replace some of our students with new workers starting this month. Remember that we use a mentoring program with our new employees so please help them get accustomed to their jobs responsibilities and safe working procedures. Thanks for your cooperation.
