Kristina Garcia and Adam Sharpsteen of Albert Lea announce the birth of a daughter, Olivia Hazel Sharpsteen, on Sept. 19, 2012, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. Olivia weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Ernesto Rodriguez of Austin, Pam Sharpsteen and the late Rick Sharpsteen of Albert Lea. Great-grandparents are Dale and Ann Boreson of Sparta, Wis., and Leslie and Mary Tufte of Albert Lea.

 

Zack Jensen and Megan Morris of Albert Lea announce the birth of a son, Braxton Ford Jensen, on Sept. 24, 2012, at Methodist Hospital Rochester. Braxton weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. He joins siblings, Trae Wenthold and Josiah Jensen.

Grandparents are Brian and Jenny Warnke of Northfield, Annie and Jeff Kalbow of Waseca, Bernard (Skip) Morris of Waseca and Kim and Dan Olson of Albert Lea. Great-grandparents are Helen and Denny McDoughna of Camp Douglas, Wis., Dick Cummins of Janesville, Carole Warnke of Faribault, Dave Warnke of Zumbrota and Bruce and Donalie Jensen of Albert Lea.
