Walz money is out of district

State Rep. Rich Murray is being attacked by a barrage of out-of-the-district-paid-for radio ads. Remember the newspaper stories about how U.S. Rep. Tim Walz had to ask former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi how he should vote on issues because he was elected by out-of-state Democratic funds? Do you want a representative who owes their election to the local voters or one who owes their election to out-of-district money? Listen to the message at the end of the ad. Does it say paid for by the committee to elect the candidate indicating local money? Or is it paid for by out-of-district groups hoping to buy the election?
