Lyle and Joan Godeke of Hollandale, Kenneth and Missy LaCourisere of Fargo, N.D., and Kimberly and Mark Pierce of Pelican Rapids announce the engagement of their children, Jenna Godeke and Sean LaCourisere.

Grandparents of Jenna are Dick and Ardis Uittenbogaard of Hollandale and Bernie and Alice Godeke of Hollandale.

Grandparents of Sean are Ralph and Betty Urshel of Bluffton, Ind., and Don and Annette LaCoursiere of Oakly.

Jenna is a 2007 graduate of Albert Lea High School and a 2011 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead with a Bachelor of Arts in health science. She is attending school at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago to earn her Bachelors of Arts in fashion marketing and management and expects to graduate in June 2013.

Sean is a 2006 graduate of Fargo South High School. He is attending Minnesota School of Business in information technology and will graduate in June 2013. He is employed at Mayo Clinic Health System in Rochester.

A wedding is planned for Aug. 24, 2013, at Hollandale Reformed Church.
