LAKE MILLS — A pep fest was held in Lake Mills on Wednesday to send off the Bulldogs’ volleyball team to the state tournament.

It will be the sixth time in the history of the school that the team has been to the tournament and more recently, the third year in a row.

The regional match that sent them to the state tournament was the 600th win for head coach Jim Boehmer.

The Bulldogs (43-0) will face Catholic Kuemper (32-5) today at 4:30 p.m. at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena.

The following are season stats on the varsity team.

 

Carlie Christianson

Carlie Christianson is a senior setter for the Bulldogs. For the season she has 137 kills, 515 set assists, 379-392 serving, 174 digs and 89 digs.

 

Brooke Hagen

Brooke Hagen is a junior hitter and setter for the Bulldogs. For the season she has 128 kills, 174 ace assists, 28 digs, 43 blocks.

 

Megan Johnson

Megan Johnson is a senior left side hitter for the Bulldogs. She leads kills with 255 and attacks with 669.

 

Brook Groe

Brook Groe is senior left side hitter who has totaled 238 kills, 638 attacks, 4 ace assists, 52 serve assists, 86 digs and 15 blocks.

 

Kelci Larson

Kelci Larson is a senior middle hitter who leads blocking with 104, and has 200 kills, 465 attacks, 4 ace assists, 47 set assists and 149 digs.

 

Emily Kingland

Emily Kingland is a senior middle hitter with 79 kills, 247 attacks, 10 digs and 46 blocks.

 

Randi Dilly

Randi Dilly is a senior defensive specialist and setter for the Bulldogs. She has 260 ace assists, 29 serve assists and 179 digs.

 

Hallie Erdahl

Hallie Erdahl is the senior libero for the Bulldogs.

She has 4 ace assists, 30 set assists, led the team with 107 serve receives and 381 digs.

 

MacKenzie Bauman

MacKenzie Bauman is a senior defensive specialist for the Bulldogs. For the season she has 37 serve assists, 92 serve receptions and 141 digs.
