Albert Lea player named to Associated Press All-State team

Albert Lea running back Ethan Abben was named honorable mention on the Associated Press All-State football team recently. Abben had 154 carries for 898 yards, averaged 5.7 yards per carry and scored 82 points this season. He was also named Most Valuable Player by his team and was a Big Nine All-Conference selection. --Brandi Hagen/Albert Lea Tribune
