Valentin Benitez and Luisa Cardenas of Albert Lea announce the birth of a son, Geonni Valentin Benitez, on Dec. 10, 2012. Geonni weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 21 inches long. He joins siblings TayVaire, Nevaeh, Raeyanah, Nazyir and Tyree.

Grandparents are Pedro Benitez of Albert Lea and Noemi Jones of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

 

Nick and Hayley Farris of Albert Lea announce the birth of a daughter, Faith Kathleen Farris, on Dec. 31, 2012, at the University of Minnesota Amplatz Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis. Faith weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins brothers Laiken and Edison.

Grandparents are Randy Jensen and Paula Jensen of Albert Lea and Randy Farris and the late Kathy Farris of Conger.

 

Ryan and Megan Jensen of Clarks Grove announce the birth of a daughter, Jerzi Lou Jensen, on Jan. 6, 2013. Jerzi weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. She joins one sibling, Danika.

Grandparents are David and Bonnie Jensen of Clarks Grove, Roger Olson of Lake Mills and Steve and Jeanne Hendrickson of Albert Lea. Great-grandmother is Linda Dahl of Albert Lea.
