Weddings: Scheffler & Kolling

Liz Scheffler and Josh Kolling of Columbus, Ohio, were married at 4 p.m. Sept. 1, 2012, at Thompson County Park in St. Paul. Judge Thomas G. Armstrong performed the double-ring ceremony.

The bride’s parent is Kim Scheffler of West Allis, Wis. Grandparents are Madeline and Bud Burmeister of Milwaukee. The groom’s parents are Randy and Deb Kolling of Albert Lea. Grandparents are Art and Rose Anderson of Albert Lea and Muriel Kolling of Sioux Falls, S.D.

Maid of honor was Jenna Baumgard, friend of the bride, of Eagan. Bridesmaids were Katie Wilhelm, friend of the bride, of West Allis, Alyssa Misialek, cousin of the bride, of West Allis, and Beth Kolling, sister of the groom, of Cottage Grove.

Best man was Wade Kolling, brother of the groom, of St. Louis. Groomsmen were Billy Jones, friend of the groom, of Green Bay, Wis., Ben Smith, friend of the groom, of Philadelphia, and Joe Kubiceck, friend of the groom, of Philadelphia.

Ushers were Chad Scheffler, brother of the bride, of West Allis, and Kyle Scheffler, brother of the bride, of West Allis. Ring bearer was Addie, the couple’s yellow Labrador. Cousin of the bride, Brandon Misialek, escorted Addie down the aisle.

The bride attended Nathan Hale High School and the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. She is employed at Dean Insurance Group in Dublin, Ohio.

The groom attended Albert Lea High School and the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He is employed by the Federal Reserve.

A reception at Thompson County Park followed the ceremony. A honeymoon is planned for this year.
