Kevin and Rachel (Nolander) Poppel of Albert Lea announce the birth of a daughter, Charlotte Rose Poppel, on Feb. 28, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. Charlotte weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Dave and Teresa Nolander of Albert Lea and Mike and Carol Poppel of Breckenridge. Great-grandparent is Rose Zgoda of Albert Lea.

 

Shannon and Lori Christiansen of Kasson announce the birth of a daughter, Sadie Margaret Christiansen, on Feb. 22, 2013, at Methodist Hospital in Rochester. Sadie weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces and was 18 1/4 inches long.

Grandparents are Bill and Pat Searles of Albert Lea, Roger Christiansen of Lake Mills and Larry and Barbara Parkinson of Lake Summerset, Ill. Great-grandparents are Arnold Brunsvold of Albert Lea and Doris Tyson of Apple River, Ill.
