Alliant Energy donated programmable thermostats and energy efficient light bulbs for the homes involved with this year’s Rocking the Block project. The donation is part of Alliant’s effort to conserve energy. Homeowners can get rebates for purchasing energy efficient light bulbs, thermostats and other products.
