A.L. student receives scholarship

Jensen Goodell of Albert Lea has been awarded the Augustana Leadership Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to students who have demonstrated leadership and a commitment to service in school, community and church.

 

Student joins alumni choir

Laverne Walheim of Glenville joined the Weston Noble alumni choir at Luther College for its seventh reunion and concert on July 25. Laverne represented Luther classes 1949 to 2001. The group met for four days of rehearsal culminating in a concert for the public.
