Despite a good battle by Osage, the Lake Mills volleyball team was able to come from behind in the fourth game to pick up the 3-1 victory.
The Bulldogs won the first two games 25-18 and 25-17 before dropping the third set 16-25. Lake Mills rebounded to win the fourth game 28-26.
The Game 4 win did not come easy, as the Bulldogs trailed by five points late.
“I just told them to get momentum,” Lake Mills head coach Jim Boehmer said. “Don’t worry about winning, just play better.”
Lake Mills won sets one and two by getting small leads early and building those leads midway through the set.
The Bulldogs are now 6-2 and will take the court next at home against North Iowa at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
