Katie and Mark Chryst of Alden announce the birth of a son, Emmett Clayton Chryst, on Sept. 25, 2013, at Powell Valley Hospital, Powell, Wyo. Emmett weighed 8 pounds and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Matt and Betsy Schultz, of Alden, and Kris Chryst, of Albert Lea. Great-grandparents are Bob and Kit Kissane, of Hoffman Estates, Ill., Roger and Corrine Schultz, Ken and Vera Nelson and Don and Shirley Chryst, all of Albert Lea. Great-great-grandmother is Gladys Johanson, of Wells.

 

Joe and Amber Johnson of Albert Lea announce the birth of a son, Brody Dennis Johnson, on Oct. 16, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. Brody weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long. Brody joins siblings Landon and Jacob.

Grandparents are Kris and Dennis Erb, of Albert Lea, and Don and Debbie Johnson, Pierre, S.D. Great-grandparent is George Erb, of Wells.

 

Ben and Michelle Sauke, of Walters, announce the birth of a son, Gavin Arthur Sauke, on Oct. 23, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. Gavin was 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 3/4 inches long. He joins a sibling, Sydney.
