Dustin Richard Leidall, 32, of Albert Lea, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, in Austin. He was born in Austin on June 13, 1981, to Richard and Kimberly (Seys) Leidall. He attended school in Austin. Dustin enrolled in the Army National Guard and served his country until March of 2000. Dustin married Marissa Tuttle on April 16, 2011, in Austin. He worked as a laborer for several businesses such as Martin’s Power Washing in Austin, McDonald’s and Hy-Vee in Albert Lea.

Dustin enjoyed bow hunting, ice fishing, football, hockey and loved spending time with his children.

Dustin is survived by his wife, Marissa, of Albert Lea; children Jayden, Jagger, Adrey, Lilliah, Evnoy-Ann and Annaleah; parents Kim Leidall (Dan Embrickson) of Austin and Richard (Jeanette) Leidall of Rochester; brothers McCarty Brashear of Austin, Patrick (Alyssa) Leidall of Chaska and Zachary Leidall of Rochester; sister, Brittany Leidall (fiancé Ryan Waters); niece, Rylie, of Janesville; maternal grandfather, Eddie Seys, of Austin; paternal grandmother, Janice Heitkko, of Kinross, Mich.; aunts Kelly Seys (fiancé Brian Gardner) of Austin, Canda (Dean) Greibrok of Austin, Debbie (Greg) Goggins of Roseville and JoAnn (Craig) Walk of St. Ansgar, Iowa; uncles Chad (Jennifer) Seys of Owatonna and Darren Leidall of Fridley; and several cousins.

Dustin is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Judith Seys; and his paternal grandfather, David Leidall.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mayer Funeral Home in Austin with the Rev. Dale Christiansen officiating. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
