An Albert Lea school bus became stuck in deep snow Thursday morning.

No children were on the bus, said Steve Anderson, director of facilities for the district.

The Albert Lea Bus Co. short bus was on its way to its route, he said. It was stuck on a road east of Manchester. A conventional bus came to pull the short bus out but was unsuccessful. A tow truck later pulled the bus out.
