Kindler is not approachable

I just noticed that the Tribune is recommending Mr. Bob Kindler for sheriff.
I don’t think that it is good. It is better to remain neutral in a heated election like this. I do think that you should post ideas from both sides; however, I haven’t seen any information on here as to what the duties of the sheriff is.
I left an email yesterday for this question to be answered as I am pretty sure that Mr. Kindler spent most of his daytime hours when he should have been on duty at home. I called his office with a question on the law for two weeks in a row and Mr. Kindler never returned my call. He is not only disrespectful to his deputies but also to the public.
I would just like to know what a typical day is like for Mr. Kindler. Does he have to go into the office every day or not? If he doesn’t, then maybe we need someone who will respond to his citizens’ phone calls and do it in a timely manner. How can we trust someone who doesn’t care enough to be approachable to his constituents? We’ll see if the Tribune posts this. It probably won’t.
