Susie Ann Dierenfeld

She weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches. She joins sibling Jacob. Grandparents are Dan and Patty Jacobs of Alden and Dave and Cheryl Dierenfeld of Nicollet. Great-grandparents are Don Jacobs of Albert Lea and Nell Dierenfeld of Chandler.

 

Benjamin Michael Poppel

Kevin and Rachel Poppel of Albert Lea announce the birth of a son, Benjamin Michael Poppel. Benjamin was born Dec. 8, 2014, at Mayo Clinic Health System of Albert Lea. He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 inches. He joins 21-month-old sibling, Charlotte Rose. Grandparents are Dave and Teresa Nolander of Albert Lea and Mike and Carol Poppel of Breckenridge. Great-grandparents are Rose Zgoda of Albert Lea and Ruth Poppel of Breckenridge.

 

Riley Marie Thompson

Jillian Hamberg and Lyle Thompson of Albert Lea announce the birth of a daughter, Riley Marie Thompson. Riley was born Dec. 1, 2014, in Albert Lea. She weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches. She joins sibling Haley Hambero. Grandparents are Jody and Greg Seeger of Albert Lea and Lu-Ann and Mike Jergesen of Bricelyn. Great-grandparents are Pat and Gary Campbell.
