RUSH CITY — A fifth-grader has been charged with disorderly conduct following his arrest in connection with a threat at an elementary school in Chisago County.
Sheriff’s officials said the male student wrote a message on a wall about his intention to harm other students at Jacobson Elementary School in Rush City.
Sheriff Rick Duncan said it appears the threat stemmed from an altercation between the boy and several other students.
