Maggie Haltvick and Marshal Andersen announce their forthcoming marriage. Maggie is the daughter of Lynn and Robert Haltvick of West Concord. Marshal is the son of Kimberley and Lyndon Andersen of Burnsville and the grandson of Rita and the late Patrick Andersen and Frieda and Bill Elliott of Albert Lea. Maggie is employed at Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis. Marshal is employed at Black Knight Financial Services in Mendota Heights. An April 17, 2015, wedding is planned at Vadnais Heights Commons in Roseville.
