Irvine & Werner

Andrea Irvine of St. Paul and Nick Werner of Hastings were married at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 11, 2014, at First Presbyterian Church in Albert Lea. The Rev. Dwight Netzer officiated the double ring ceremony. A reception followed at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Austin.
The bride is the daughter of Larry and Janice Irvine of Albert Lea and the granddaughter of Bernice Germain and the late Howard Germain of Winnebago and the late Durward and Betty Irvine of Amboy.
The groom is the son of Ronald and Maureen Werner of Hastings and the grandson of Mary Frandrup and the late Donald Frandrup of Vermillion and the late Anthony and Mary Werner of Vermillion.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Albert Lea High School and received a degree from Aveda Institute of Minnesota in Bloomington in 2007. She is currently employed at the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota in Bloomington.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Hastings High School. He graduated from Dakota County Tech in 2003 with a degree in graphic arts and the University of Wisconsin, River Falls in 2014 with a degree in primary education. He is currently employed at Midwest Safety Counselors Inc.
Matron of honor was Heidi McGill, sister of the bride, of Albert Lea. Bridesmaids included friends of the bride Amy Leach of Valley City, North Dakota, Krista Linn of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Kelli Bills of Rogers, Suzanne Blundell of Londonderry, New Hampshire, and Stacie Perry of Bonita Springs, Florida, as well as Rachel Werner,sister of the groom, of Hastings. Hally Frandrup of Hastings, goddaughter of the groom, served as junior bridesmaid.
Best man was Scott Werner, brother of the groom, of Hastings. Jaci Hansey, friend of the groom of Hastings served as best “lady.” Groomsmen included friends of the groom Jason Matsch of Hastings and Brian Jenson of Anoka; cousin of the groom, Eric Nordling of Hastings; and brothers of the bride Andrew Irvine of Albert Lea and Troy Irvine of Albert Lea.
Max Irvine of Albert Lea, Sam McGill of Albert Lea and Charlie Irvine, all nephews of the bride, served as junior groomsmen.
Ushers were Clint McGill of Albert Lea, brother-in-law of the bride; Ashley Nordling of Hastings, cousin of the groom; and Kimberly Mamer of Hastings, cousin of the groom.
Sawyer McGill of Albert Lea, Teddy McGill of Albert Lea and Abe Irvine of Albert Lea, all nephews of the bride, served as ring bearers.
Musicians at the wedding included vocalist Tara Kranz of Hastings, guitarist Jason Matsch of Hastings and pianist Rebekah Sousa of Albert Lea.
Other participants of the ceremony included readers Cara Gustafson of St. Paul, cousin of the bride, and Victoria McGuire of Hastings, friend of the bride.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Dubai and the Maldive Islands in February.
