Steven and Tamera Wencl of Albert Lea along with Michael and Jill McGary of Wells announce the engagement of their children, Stephanie Wencl and Matthew McGary.

The bride is the granddaughter of Jim and Arlene Jensen and Charles and Betty Wencl, all of Albert Lea. The groom is the grandson of Mac and Joan McGary of Orange, California, and Sheryl Engelby of Kiester.

The bride is a graduate of Albert Lea High School and Riverland Community College. She is employed at Agilis.

The groom is a graduate of United South Central High School in Wells. He is currently employed at Larson Manufacturing.

A May 23, 2015, wedding is planned at the bride’s home church.
