Graveside services for Elizabeth A. “Betty” Rasmussen of Arlington Heights, Illinois, will be at 11 a.m. June 27 at St. Theodore Catholic Cemetery in Albert Lea.

Betty died Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Betty was born Oct. 22, 1927, in Owatonna, the daughter of Cornelius and Adelaide (nee Brick) Whelan.

She is survived by her children Tod (Jan), Jay, Karen (Tom) Wenzel, Paul and Amy (William) Tribbett; grandchildren Erika, Corey, Scott, Zach, Dan, Lorraine, Amy, Corie, Jannel, Martin and Ian; her great-granddaughter, Autumn; and her sister, Carolyn Gustafson.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, David; her parents; and siblings Zenobia Hurley, Patricia Whelan and Thomas Whelan.
