MONTICELLO — A body has been found by volunteers searching the Monticello area for a missing 24-year-old man from St. Cloud.

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office said volunteers from United Legacy Search, Rescue and Recovery who were looking for Tyler Berg discovered the body at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday in a marsh south of Interstate 94.

Berg was last seen Nov. 22 as he was leaving his St. Cloud apartment. His vehicle was found abandoned the following day half an hour away near Otter Creek Park in Monticello. Clothing believed to be his was found in the park and at the Monticello Country Club golf course.

An autopsy will be conducted on the body to determine the identity and cause of death.
