Items reported stolen
A wallet was reported stolen at 8:36 a.m. Friday at 106 W. Clark St.
A trailer was reported stolen at 11 a.m. Friday at 212 W. Front St. The trailer was reportedly black with a single axle, drop-down gate and a ramp made of steel mesh.
A theft of a green Waste Management garbage can was reported at 9:39 a.m. Monday at 722 Lincoln Ave.
Sunglasses and a lighter were reported stolen at 1:40 p.m. Love’s Truck Stop. Love’s reportedly wanted to press charges.
Male warned for attempted theft
A male was warned for theft and trespassed at 1:57 a.m. Saturday at 2751 E. Main St after reportedly trying to steal a GPS.
4 cited for knocking on doors, fleeing
Four were cited at 12:33 a.m. Sunday at 701 Freeborn Ave. after a group of people were reportedly knocking on doors and running off.
Fight reported
A fight was reported at 1:55 p.m. Monday at 1601 W. Front St.
Woman cited for dog at large
Police cited Sherry Ann Miller, 26, for dog at large at 5:37 p.m. Monday at 215 Court St. Miller was cited after a pitbull reportedly almost bit an employee at the Salvation Army.
1 cited for failing to stop for collision
Police cited Tyler Leroy Egeness, 22, for no proof insurance and failing to stop for a collision with an unattended vehicle at 7:02 p.m. Monday at 109 S. Sixth Ave. Egeness was cited after a vehicle he was driving reportedly backed into a trailer at his neighbor’s house, and he allegedly left.
2 arrested for domestic assault
Albert Lea police arrested Anthony James Simon, 27, for domestic assault at 2:52 a.m. Sunday at 509 Pillsbury Ave.
Police arrested Taylor James Haller, 20, for misdemeanor domestic assault and false imprisonment at 11:46 p.m. Monday at 1704 Sunset St.
2 arrested on warrants
Police arrested Michael Jerome Ludowese, 31, on a Mower County warrant at 9:46 p.m. Sunday at the Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.
Adam John Flategraff, 23, was arrested in Mower County on a felony violation order warrant for aggravated forgery at 12:48 p.m. Monday.
1 cited for shoplifting
Police cited Claire Elizabeth Austin, 18, for shoplifting at 2:59 a.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
1 cited for marijuana
Police cited David Allen Villereal, 33, for no proof of insurance and possession of a small amount of marijuana at 11:06 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West Clark Street and South Second Avenue. Villereal was warned for failure to signal 100 feet from intersection.
Criminal damage to property reported
A large scratch was reported on the side of a vehicle at 2:46 P.M. Monday at 929 S. Broadway. The incident allegedly occurred between Friday night and Saturday morning. The alleged victim had a suspect in mind.
