The Freeborn County Sheriff and Police K-9 Invest Project will host a pancake breakfast fundraiser from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. April 9 at the Fairlane Building at the Freeborn County Fairgrounds.

According to a press release, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sides and a beverage will be served in exchange for a freewill donation. All proceeds will go toward the purchase of a bulletproof vest for Freeborn County Sheriff K-9 Stalker. Stalker will be the special guest at the event.
