A Glenville man was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea after a rollover crash Tuesday afternoon south of Albert Lea.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Elliot G. Peterson, 23, was driving  a 1999 Chevy Tahoe south on U.S. Highway 69. Michelle M. Egeness, 41,  of Albert Lea, was driving a 2013 Ford Expedition west on Freeborn County Road 17, turning north onto Highway 69, when the Chevy drifted into the north lane and sideswiped the Ford at about 4:45 p.m., according to the State Patrol.

Peterson was transported with an injury deemed not life-threatening.

Egeness was not injured.

Gold Cross ambulance responded on scene.

Alcohol was reportedly not a factor.
