Editorial: Let us know about your new summer events
Published 9:12 am Thursday, April 21, 2016
Nicer weather has finally arrived, and that only means one thing for us here at the Tribune. We are gearing up for our annual Summer Times special spection, which highlights all of the area festivals, events and other recreational opportunities.
Albert Lea and Freeborn County have many opportunities for fun during the summer months, and we look forward to highlighting all that there is to do for area residents.
In the past, this has included everything from summer events at the Albert Lea Public Library, to the annual Third of July Parade to the Freeborn County Fair, and everything in between.
We look forward to highlighting some of the long-standing events in this community, and we also hope to feature any new activities taking place.
