NAMI Minnesota offers support

During May, Mental Health Month, the National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota and dozens of other organizations will be involved in community education about mental illnesses, including creating awareness that effective treatments are available and that people can and do recover. NAMI Minnesota offers over 300 free educational classes statewide each year, along with help in navigating the mental health system.
