Yezek sets state record in discus throw

- Northwood-Kensett senior Tom Yezek launches the discus at the Iowa high school state track and field meet Friday afternoon. Yezek set a new Iowa high school record Friday by throwing the discus 197-05. The next closest to him was Nathan Karsjens, who finished with a distance of 175-03. Lory Groe for the Albert Lea Tribune
