Courtney Kelsey Hemmingsen of Alden and Jordan Jon Janzig of Wells were married on Aug. 8, 2015, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Alden. The Rev. Greg Ofsdahl officiated. A dinner and dance followed at Wedgewood Cove in Albert Lea.

The bride is the daughter of Scott and Tanya Hemmingsen of Alden and the granddaughter of Mal and Colleen Prinzing of Albert Lea and the late Bernard and Lois Hemmingsen of Alden.

The groom is the son of Jonathan and Tami Janzig of Wells and the grandson of Christine Albers of Alden, the late Marlin Albers of Kiester, the late Sandra Albers of Mankato and the late John and Anita Janzig of Wells.

The maid of honor was Jessica Anderson, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Anissa Janzig, sister of the groom; Kacey Johnson, friend of the bride; Anna Skov, friend of the bride; Kelsey Bair, friend of the bride; and Courtney Bechel, friend of the bride. The flower girl was Kayden Matson, daughter of Morgan Meaney and cousin of the bride.

Personal attendants were Taylor Meaney, cousin of the bride; Morgan Meaney, cousin of the bride; and Samantha Jerdee, friend of the bride.

The best man was Zach Wigern, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Parker Hemmingsen, brother of the bride; Jared Janzig, cousin of the groom; Casey Thrond, friend of the groom; Brandon Bair, friend of the groom; and honorary groomsman was the late Jordan Mutschler, friend of the groom. Ring bearer was Jayden Heine, son of Greg and Lindsey Heine and cousin of the groom.

Ushers were Chris Hemmingsen, cousin of the bride; and Chris Albers, cousin of the groom.

Musicians were organist Ann Purdy and soloist Radley Miller. The reader was Anita Majerus, friend of the bride. Guestbook attendant was Heather Janzig, cousin of the groom. The gift carriers were Makenzie, Mikayla, Madison and Maleah Grunst, cousins of the groom.

Wedding hosts and hostesses were Jerry and Lori Janzig, uncle and aunt of the groom; Ross and Kelly Skov, friends of the bride; and Gary and Angie Geesman, friends of the bride. Dining room host and hostess were Wayne and Lisa Thompson, uncle and aunt of the bride.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Alden-Conger High School. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in child development and family studies in May 2015. She is currently attending graduate school for early childhood special education and is employed at the Alden-Conger school district.

The groom is a 2010 graduate of United South Central High School. He graduated from South Central College, Mankato with a degree in agribusiness production in May 2013. He is currently employed at Kibble Equipment in Blue Earth.

The couple honeymooned on a Caribbean cruise and resides in Alden.
