Primary election results released

Polls closed at 8 p.m. and election officials at the Freeborn County Auditor-Treasurer’s Office have tabulated ballots at the courthouse.

With all 40 precincts in Freeborn County reporting, the results are as follows:

Craig Havener, 72 votes, 22.86 percent

Rich Murray, 191 votes, 60.63 percent

Paul Shea, 33 votes, 45.83 percent

Marcelino Talamantes III, 12 votes, 16.67 percent
